During a Live Session that includes voice conversation, the host is able share their camera with the audience.

If camera access was previously denied or disconnected, you will need to update this setting in your browser settings to connect your camera to Projector. This article will walk you through how to change the camera permissions to enable video in your Live Session.

Google Chrome

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. Click on the three dots icon at the upper-right corner of the browser.

  3. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.

  4. On the menu at the left-hand side, click Privacy and Security.

  5. Select Site Settings.

  6. Under Permissions, click Camera.

  7. Find and select projector.com in your list of blocked and allowed sites.

  8. Change the microphone permission to “Allow”.

  9. Refresh the browser with the Live Session or start your Live Session.

Alternative method: If camera access is blocked on Projector, click on the Start camera button. A camera icon will appear on the address bar at the upper-right corner. Select it and switch from “Continue blocking camera access” to “Always allow https://projector.com to access your camera”. Then, refresh the browser with the Live Session and click Start camera to begin using your camera during the Live Session.
