Live Sessions is the best way to share your Projector stories with a live audience. It gives you a new way to present and connect with your audience in real-time — all without sharing your screen. As a host, it lets you create and drive a synchronized viewing experience that everyone in your audience can open and interact with from the comfort of their own devices.

How Live Sessions works for hosts
As the host of your Live Session, you present your story in real-time and drive what your audience gets to see. While you go through your story, your scenes change for your audience on their individual screens. Host capabilities allow you to manage the Live Session flow, story content, access permissions, participants list, and audio capabilities.
How Live Sessions works for participants
As a participant, you’re able to view the story alongside the host. While the host is presenting, you can interact with the story by clicking on links in the Live Session, reacting with emojis, and navigating back to earlier points you might have missed. Participants can navigate away from the host to see scenes that the host has already presented, and just as quickly sync back to where the host currently is in real-time.
Live Sessions provides an interactive experience for you and your audience.
Clickable links in your presentation scenes
In the editor, you have the option to add links to any element on your scene (text, images, videos, icons, shapes, and more). During a Live Session, you and your audience can click on the element, which will direct them to the corresponding page in a new tab.
Links are a quick and easy way to guide your audience to other parts of your story — a Youtube video, a sign-up website, your social media page, and more.
Another way for your audience to interact with the host and other participants is with emoji reactions. As the host is presenting, participants can share feedback without breaking the flow of the presentation.
Navigation and Sync
There may be times when people join a Live Session after it’s started, or when participants want to look back on an earlier scene. With Live Sessions, participants can navigate back to scenes that the host has already covered. Participants will not be able to go ahead of the host, but will be able to quickly sync up with the host at any time during the Live Session.
Live Sessions supports audio capabilities for up to 40 people.
Microphone capabilities are available for the host and participants during Live Sessions that have voice conversations enabled by the host. Once the Live Session has begun, the host and participants will be able to connect their microphone to Projector and talk and engage with each other. The host and participants have the option to mute and unmute themselves at any given time.
Video capabilities are available for the host during Live Sessions that have voice conversations enabled. Once the Live Session has begun, the host is able to connect their camera to Projector to share their camera video. The host has the option to start and stop their camera at any time. Participants are not yet able to share their video.
Audio for presentation media
Once the Live Session has begun, the host and participants will be able to play or mute the audio on corresponding media. Audio capabilities for media are available for the host and participants during Live Sessions, regardless of whether voice conversations have been enabled by the host.
